Tomi is a Japanese artist based in Machynlleth and the creator of tomitomiprints.com. She specialises in printmaking and collage and also designs unique packages, cards, and T-shirts.
She believes that art has the power to strengthen and heal; Her artistic practice helped her survive through tough situations including divorce, separation from her children, illness, and homelessness. She is currently providing printmaking workshops in mid Wales to share her skills and knowledge and is exploring the therapeutic value of her creative expressions.
